I used GoDaddy to do this website. Compared to 9 years ago, DIY website has become very easy and definitely worth doing. The speed of uploading and downloading images and videos is fast too, and gone are the days when 'my computer hang'. What I like about GoDaddy is that they offer a domain-based email that makes me look professional (ahem) and that it comes with a message bot.
