Today marks my official AI textbook learning of the 'wellness' business. When I say 'wellness', I mean to include these trending words (that I shortlisted from my search on ChatGPT and Perplexity:

I saved you the trouble of using AI to learn. Here is the AI introduction:
A special someone who seemed to have it all. Imagine my surprise when she told me: "Spare me, I have lived a good life and I hope that I don't live past 70. All these injections, surgeries & money to look like this. I do laser on my scalp every week. My pain tolerance is very high compared to you."
Oh I see, no wonder.

This separates people who are accepting but curious from people who are anti-intervention, and distinguishes them from high-intent optimizers.

Do: I do simple movement, real food, sunlight, sleep, community rituals.
Don't do: I don't do “optimization culture,” anything that feels synthetic, extreme, or identity-consuming.

Philosophy: I want a longer healthspan, but I am not obsessed with max lifespan.
Behavior: I promise high consistency, low drama.
Do: I love routines, training, sleep structure, stress hygiene, “unsexy” habits.
Don't do: I am not into shiny fads, complicated stacks, high maintenance protocols.

Tagline: “Show me the numbers before I show you my money.”
Philosophy: I am looking for a healthspan extender + I accept measured intervention.
Behavior: Convince me and I'll put in high effort, medium risk tolerance.
Do: I track, I test, I do cycles of experiment → adjust → retest.
Don't do: Don't invite me to vague wellness talk, “trust me” marketing, anything not measurable.

Tagline: “My life. My rules. My pace.”
Philosophy: I do autonomy-first. I select interventions only if they protect freedom, identity, joy.
Behavior: I put in moderate effort, I accept selective adoption & high boundary clarity.
Do: I do whatever integrates smoothly into my lifestyle and values.
Don't do: No to culty tribes, purity p
